Graben is pride to highlight that we have proven track record in hydrograph services exclusively in marine charting and inland lakes mapping. We have done marine charting for entire world and mapped about 30,000 inland lakes till date.

We transform the charts from scratch to Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) formats such as ENC S57 and ENC Arc Shape, update existing charts that includes shoreline/coast update using latest satellite data, Notice to Mariners and Discrepancy Reviews using the sources such as USCG Local Notice to Mariners (LNM), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Notice to Mariners (NM), and upgrade charts by enhancing existing features such as coasts, ports, jetties, naviads, obstructions, etc., and data to next level of details with more information with surveyed bathymetry data and using latest high resolution images.

GRABEN has expertise in DATA MIGRATION with proven pre-defined guidelines to define dynamic process to study existing data models to integrate and migrate into new data model. In this process data in any vector format is migrated into ENC S57 or ENC Arc shape file format. Our language experts and tools involved to translate the charts depicted in Local Language to English and vice-versa.

Graben has categorised lake mapping services, primarily conversion of sources from DNR, USGS, DRG, etc., to ENC S57 or ENC Arc Shape formats which are suitable formats to migrate into proprietary formats of OEMs. We upgrade Lake Map by updating shoreline/coast using high resolution satellite images and creation of bathymetry at required contour intervals by using interpolation techniques on latest coast and existing bathymetry.

We create new lake map by capturing shoreline/coast using latest high resolution images and latest bathymetry from newly surveyed data and also incorporate marine features and surrounding land features near to lake from existing source data of various departments.
